Our Approach

The Employers’ Council provides business owners and managers with information, consultation, and representation in employment and labor law matters.

Our Story

The Employers’ Council was founded as a successor to the Sacramento Valley Employers Council which had served valley employers since 1963. The Employers’ Council was created in 1997 and represents businesses of various sizes and industries. Some of our members have as few as 5 employees, while others have 700 or more, and most are located throughout California. Although our members are diverse, they share a common factor . . . employees, and they all benefit from the expertise offered by The Employers’ Council.
